Major Paul Creed III

Major Paul Creed III, CAP was the commander of the Youngstown ARS Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, United States Air Force Auxiliary, stationed at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna, Ohio. As commander, he was responsible for the training and leadership of 70 cadets and senior members. The squadron is one of the largest community-based squadron in the nation and performs all three missions of the Civil Air Patrol - Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services. Major Creed served as commander from May 21, 2012 to May 9, 2016. 

Major Creed joined Civil Air Patrol in 2006 and served with the Youngstown ARS Composite Squadron from 2006 until 2016, holding several duty positions including his current position of squadron commander. Major Creed coached the squadron’s nationally-ranked CyberPatriot team for six years, working with the team in cyber defense training.
